On the Southern side of the Psili Ammos beach, there is plot where building is possible. It is 8.000 sq. metres. A stone house of 180 sq metres is possible.
Water and electricity are pretty close.
Psili Ammos is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cyclades, due to its very fine sand, preferred by many sea lovers.
