The construction of these Bagią houses is based upon a historical building dating back to the twenties and destined to the miners.
The construction was acquired by the famous architect Giorgos Zafiriou, who has made the most beautiful houses in Serifos, published all over the world. This project is being made in accordance with the Ministry of Archeological sites.
There will be a small number of houses. One will have an extension of about 300 sq m, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, overlooking the terraces just above the wonderful beach.
Other smaller houses will also be available.
These homes are expected to be ready by the summer of 2008 and will be completely furnished by Arch. Zafiriou in every single detail.
They will be on the exclusive end of the island and on the high end of the market, and there will not be many of them for sale.
